A: Try to wait 10-15 seconds and try to send message (click on button) again
Q: I've retried several times but nothing has happened. Why?

Q: I receive messages like User with this address already using bot while entering my ETH address. Why?
A: This is usually displayed when your ETH address is already verified by another user. Please check your ETH address has been entered correctly and if the problem persists, please contact us at: [email protected]
Q: I receive messages like This address is already in registration process started by someone else while entering my ETH address. Why?
A: This is usually displayed when another user is trying to proceed through the registration procedure with the same ETH address. Please check your ETH address has been entered correctly and if this message still appears after 2 hours, please contact us at: [email protected]
